The Task
Within just three (3) short weeks, we hit the ground running to deliver this post-pandemic practice match for the community. Working closely with Latrobe City Council, the AFL, and the two respective teams, Morwell came to life with around 4,500 punters turning up to watch the Hawks and Pies battle it out.
We managed everything from Risk Management, Security, Traffic Management, and COVIDSafe Planning to Event Logistics, Site Plans, Supplier Management, and Stakeholder Engagement.
It took a power of work but it came together with the support of some amazing suppliers and volunteer community groups to pull it all together – with us in the driver’s seat.
